Move It Monday – Day One or One Day?

Day one or one day?

Today was supposed to be my day 1 of the updated, relaunched 21 Day Fix, but there is a slight delay with the captions (and captions contain important info like cues, safety information, counts etc) so I might push it off a bit and wait for the captions so I can do it safely and effectively instead of bumbling my way through (which isn’t something I’d do anyways, but certainly not pregnant, where doing a move wrong could be extra dangerous!)

I still got a workout in, which is good, because I had something stressful to face today and I needed the release!

What’s your go to when you have to face something you’d rather not?

Move It Monday – Finished Transform: 20!

Guess who just finished Transform: 20?! We did!

First time we’ve finished a program together in the same place, not separated by a screen or thousands of miles – I like it!

It’s also the first program I’ve started and finished pregnant, which definitely added some challenge and took away some energy, but again, my goal was to move, not to crush any records!

Another completed program in the books! 🙌🏼

A little later than usual, but…

A little later than usual (by like, 8 hours haha), but first workout of 2019 is in the books!

For me, today is like the ultimate Monday – can’t skip the first day of the year, because what kinda tone does that set?

Not judging anyone who doesn’t workout today, but for me personally, it was important to set the right tone and get it done!

Love is when your husband gets up at an ungodly hour to turn the electric fireplace on so the room you workout in will be a little warmer for when you begin 😍 (we still have no heat and we don’t leave the electric fireplace on while we sleep!)

Look, far be it from me to take away any meaning from the huge, grandiose gestures… but for me personally, it’s those small but SUPER meaningful things that matter MOST and remind me exactly why he’s my person 💕
