Thank you to the wonderful souls who kept us company today – my own soul needed that kind of judgment-free, welcomed distraction, and I’m reminded once again that no matter how tough life gets, there are always people who care and are there and will be a source of love and laughter.

I modified the original recipe to add some maraschino cherries, and cherry juice to get the gorgeous ombre color effect, and some added flavor too!

Okay I love me some Sangria – all flavors, haven’t met a Sangria I didn’t like yet. It’s not super good for a Diabetic, but its my preferred beverage of choice, so this is a GREAT option for me!
