Y’all! A new program is available with Beachbody – I have done the Sneak Peeks and it looks awesome!
I am excited to give this one a whirl – three short weeks of progressing from basic 25 minute workouts to advanced 45 minute routines – all while honing my nutrition for optimal results? JUST what I needed after some NOLA indulgences! *wink*

This move is from Hammer’s “Hammer Conditioning”. Have you ever done Hammer Conditioning? It’s a tough workout, but you definitely feel like a badass after, and I LOVE chasing that feeling!
With everything, your intention is important. Why are you doing this, or that? Is it for YOU? Or is it for other people/reasons?
You gotta do it for you. It’s okay to let other people inspire and influence you, but your inspiration to take action has to be for YOUR own good.
Do it. Do it for YOU. Because you CAN. And so you SHOULD.

Yeah, nope! Shaun means 5 (count em, FIVE) targeted ab moves. For five seconds each.

This has become more and more evident lately – my Tapping really has helped IMMENSELY with clarity, and it has really helped me realize how as long as I have confidence in myself, nothing can stop me, despite how many outside forces might try!
Be confident, work towards feeling more confident every day, and you will shine!
Happy Friday! Are you guilty of this? I used to be, but I worked really hard to correct that behavior, because honestly it serves NO purpose! My workouts are NEVER perfect, and I almost ALWAYS have to modify at least ONE move. THAT’S OKAY! What matters is I showed up. It doesn’t matter what I didn’t do, or what I modified.
If you find yourself speaking negatively about yourself or your efforts, rectify it by immediately talking positively about yourself. For example, instead of “how could you not do all of the pushups on your toes?! FAILURE!”, say “Wow, you did all of the pushups – modified only means you will get stronger and someday you will be doing those babies on your toes!”
You get the point. Tolerate absolutely NO negative self banter!
Ummm… sometimes you just need a cookie. Especially during Girl Scout Cookie season!
