Feel Good Friday – You DO Have 5 Minutes

We are all busy.

We all have stressors.

We all have “stuff“.

But the healthiest, happiest and most successful people are the ones that learn to cope and manage all of that instead of letting it CONSUME them.

What works for some might not work for others.

I am forever a work in progress with coping and handling stress, but compared to how I used to “cope”, I am so very proud of how far I have come.

And I used to think I was ‘too busy’ to take five minutes to appreciate fresh air, sunshine and the peace and quiet… but it turns out making that a priority helps everything else!

Friday Fitness – LIIFT 4

Guysssss! Last night I got to hop on a Zoom team call with the creator of the next program I am taking on – the one and only Joel Freeman!

So excited to see what his program has in store – his 4 days a week is PERFECT to supplement my extra focus on running as I continue my quest towards 175 miles this summer!

It’s like the Universe and Joel conspired to create a perfect hybrid, just for me 😉

He’s so excited to launch this program, his energy is contagious! I can’t wait to rock it!

Thursday Thoughts – Success

Success doesn’t just waltz around and randomly select who to bestow itself upon… (if ONLY it were that easy!)

It comes to those who PLAN for it… who WORK towards it… who BELIEVE in themselves and their ability to achieve.

Success is something to WORK for, not WISH for.

The bad news is, you gotta work for it. BUT the GOOD news is – you have everything you need within you!

Success Tip Saturday – Get Comfortable…

Let’s be real here: most of us do not LOVE feeling uncomfortable. It’s called a comfort zone for a « REASON »

But you and I both know that’s where all the magic is. That’s the path to success; peacing OUT of your comfort zone and leaping into the world of being COMFORTABLE with being UNCOMFORTABLE.

Put it this way – you can have comfort, or you can have success – what are YOU choosing?

Mindset Monday – Change Your Life

Sick of where you are in life? Want more, want better, want change? First, you have to change YOURSELF , and to do THAT, you need to change your MINDSET.

Hands down, your mindset is your biggest OBSTACLE, but also your greatest ASSET, when its one of POSITIVITY, not negativity.

Having a positive, growth mindset is the secret to changing your life… successful people, people who change their lives around, they are OPEN to new approaches and are WILLING to experiment with new solutions. They don’t box themselves in, they stay open to the possibility that if they want something bad enough, there IS a way, they just have to FAIL FORWARD until they discover it.

If you can get your mindset right, it will greatly help everything else – I speak from a lot of experience here!

Success Tip Saturday – Identify Your Hidden Strengths

Why is it the norm to point out and focus on WEAKNESSES? Sure, we need to identify them and work to strengthen them, but why do we not put enough focus on our STRENGTHS, and leading with those?!

List all your strengths, and why you enjoy doing them. And then, identify your hidden ones by looking at patterns or behaviors that overlap.

Focus more on what you can do and work towards getting better at what you can’t, but don’t gloss over your strengths!
