Looking down won’t help you – look forward, and know that whatever this is, it too shall pass. Actively choose to stay positive, finding the silver lining (it IS there, promise!), and decide that this will neither make you or break you.

Thought it would be nice to toss out some fitness tips to help keep us motivated – I know in the cooler months it becomes harder to maintain your motivation, and inspire yourself to move, but stay with it!
