Motivation Monday – Sore and Back for More!

I messaged Sara yesterday saying she’s gonna LOVE my new shirt today, because I knew she would… and because it’s true as eff!

Last week was challenging – but we are BACK for another round because there’s moves to perfect! 😉

Back to 45 minute workouts at 4am, back to resistance bands and sliders, and back to mostly clean nutrition… and as sore as we may be, we will do it, because the alternative is to just get by and be mediocre… and pardon my language, but fuck that!
