I definitely donโ€™t always hit all my marks nutritionally, but the one constant is my water consumption!

Keeping myself hydrated helps me in so many ways (including often keeping me from looking my age ๐Ÿ˜‰) and itโ€™s free AND accessible!

Whole Foods Wednesday – Cherries

Ahhhh my absolute favorite!

Imagine my delight upon learning that cherries are super Diabetic friendly! ๐Ÿ™‚

Do you like cherries? These bright beauties boast quite a nutritional profile, and are helpful in lowering cholesterol and blood pressure levels, in addition to helping the body fight off free radicals.

Tip Tuesday – Smoother Skin

Do you exfoliate your face? I have to be careful with what I put on my face (and really, all of my skin), as I have very sensitive and reactive skin. Because of this (and because I am also a pretty loyal chick – when I find stuff that works, I tend to stick with it… I have used the same face cleaner and face lotion for most of my life!)

But of course, exfoliating periodically is what you need, especially in the warmer months when sunscreen and such is slathered on, clogging pores, and such. This makes a perfect natural mask/exfoliator that won’t irritate sensitive skin (you can opt for regular sugar for less grit, and don’t rub it on forcefully, just smooth it over your face!).
