I don’t often get the craving for ice cream (thankfully… we all know I have PLENTY of other sweet-stuff cravings!), but when I do, it’s nice to know I can create cleaner ice cream that doesn’t come loaded with sugar!
A great snack, easy to make, good for you, portable… so many reasons to make these little babies, especially for those days you need a treat but don’t wanna bust out a whole carrot cake (can anyone actually eat just ONE slice of that stuff!?)
Store these in an airtight container in your fridge and they keep for up to a week! 🙂
