Saturday Sweat – Crushed It!

I mean shit, I absolutely crushed this move today; 10 rounds of it and this was actually the last round and I got FULL EXTENSION of my legs and DID NOT topple over this time…

This move was always hard for me to get enough oomph to get a full extension, because it is the last move of a round, and my wrists are always shredded by the time we get to it, but today was no problem! Felt awesome to get some solid ones in!

Saturday Sweat – Rise Above

Tired due to two sleepless nights.
Sore due to a heavy leg day yesterday.
And even kinda uninspired since my Saturday workout buddy is currently outta commission nursing a booboo.

Still did it. Still not sorry.

If you let it, life and it’s challenges will become one giant excuse not to do the important things.

The power lies within YOU to do it anyways!

Saturday Sweat – Back to the Zoo!

In other “things I said I wouldn’t do” news…

I went back to the Zoo, voluntarily! And it was a BREEZE compared to back when I was in Phase 1 of 80 Day Obsession! It’s always fun to go back and see how much you have improved, how much stronger you are (and in full transparency, how less WINDED you are, haha)

Felt good to get my sweat on early so I can get some stuff done today and still know that I’m making my wellness a priority!

Saturday Sweat – HIIT Cardio

Happy Saturday, guys! First one of May, and so as a tribute to the warmer weather, this one requires no equipment, so you can take it anywhere your heart desires!

If the weather is cooperating in your area, feel free to take it to a beautiful park – pay no mind to anyone else, and don’t be self conscious if you think they are watching you – invite them to join you in getting your fit on! 🙂

Saturday Sweat

Simple but effective! If you do not have a pullup bar (I have gone to the local jungle gym and used that!), you can double up on the pushups, or do renegade rows with weights, or even a band pull if you have one.
