Oh man, pizza gets me every time. I LOVE pizza… I know it’s not healthy and should be a treat, but it’s so good! Why is it so good?!
This recipe combines two of my loves – pizza, and Greek, and puts them in a portion control-friendly format – thats a win! 🙂
Does this sound like something you might try? It’s fun to make a batch and then have them ready-made for the week!
How do you feel about cauliflower? It’s not my absolute favorite, but I don’t dislike it. It can actually be used to make healthier versions of many things, including pizza crust, and this featured recipe of Cauliflower Mash.
This is a pretty simple recipe that will fill you up without weighing you down. It is a fantastic choice for Diabetics because it’s non-starchy.
This makes a great side dish, and you can get 8 servings out of this recipe.

Mmm, spinach! Oh, and mozzarella! Alright, I’m lovin’ it! 🙂
This is another one of those slow cooker breakfasts… nice to make a batch and then take some to work to reheat! We can’t skimp on breakfast!
What are you having for breakfast today?
I love soups. We are in prime soup season, especially here in New England. Some days may be mild, but others can chill you to the bone, and who doesn’t like a nice warmup via soup?!
This gives you 23 net Carbs, which isn’t too bad for a meal. Factor in some carbs from the crusty bread (I mean, you don’t have to, but I always do…), and for me, this is still within the range per meal my endocrinologist has recommended for me.
Very fragrant due to the Rosemary, but I personally LOVE that.

Quickly approaching the holidays! Goes by a little fast… but in the spirit of a healthier version of indulgences, here we go!
This flavor can also work with Chocolate Shakeology as well!
Since I love chai, and I am tolerant of Pumpkin spice in my drinks (SOME drinks…) I figured this was a good way to marry the two!
Doesn’t this one sound yummy?! I have also made it without the chopped Ginger, and that also works, but the Ginger really gives it a little kick that I enjoy.

Confession: I AM NOT one of those people who likes pumpkin everything. Nope, I pick and choose (and to be fair I think it’s gotten sort of out of control, just in my opinion…).
I do love my Mother’s Pumpkin Pie, and I do love a pumpkin flavored drink here and there, so of course I love it in my Shakeology!
Do you go crazy for pumpkin anything and everything? Do you have a favorite?
Or do you think Pumpkin-EVERYTHING is a bit much?
Do you like Maple? I certainly do… (in moderation, of course). When I was younger, my grandfather had a cabin in VT, and I can actually remember it well for the age I was at the time… I can’t be too sure but, I think my love of maple generated there!
Of course, a little goes a long way, so be sure to exercise control!
This is one of my favorite Fall recipes – I would prefer to be sipping it in front of a fireplace, but alas, I have no fireplace (yet…), so until that day, I drink it and dream of my fireplace… perhaps in our OWN cabin in VT 🙂
