Good combination! Works well with the spice of Cafe Latte, I love this one. I love anything with honey, pretty much!
Do you superfood?
Anyone else have sensitive skin? Mine is ultra sensitive – much to my annoyance sometimes. I don’t wear much makeup, and I could never have my face painted at carnivals… woe is me. Kidding, but sometimes it does get frustrating – I really wanted my face done up as a kiddo! 🙂
I am also loyal – when I find a product that does not irritate my skin, I stick with it… I have used the same face moisturizer since I was in high school, and I am 34 now… so about half my life, at minimum!
This was posted on a beauty blog I follow – Lauren Conrad – and since it seemed simple, and I liked that I knew exactly what was going in it!
I loved how clean and soft it made my skin feel. I AM pretty sure if my husband were to walk in while I was doing this detoxifying mask, he would have me committed – the green tea really made it look like I had been rolling around on the ground! 🙂
Also? It tastes good! What, it was dripping onto my lips!
Overall, I would make it again, absolutely, and I can see how this is a great mask after a day in the sun!
This will put a little pep in your step! Great combination of flavors, I had this a few days ago and it was delicious! Between the Shakeology and the Greek yogurt, you are getting a great amount of protein!
If you’d like to chat more about it, this happens to be one of my favorite things to talk about! 🙂
Need a bit of a warmness boost? This should do the trick! The beauty of such a versatile product is the multitude of flavor combinations!
Want to give it a try? Let’s chat!
Tis the season for honey! 🙂 I like it because I know several people who extract honey, so I get it locally, and it adds a healthier dose of sweetness!
Plus, honey is absolutely LOADED with benefits, so its goodness on top of goodness here!
Do you like honey? An added bonus is that the exact combination of fructose and glucose in honey actually helps the body regulate blood sugar levels. Some honeys have a low glycemic index, so they don’t jolt your blood sugar, which is A L W A Y S helpful to those of us with Diabetes!
Bringing out some Greenberry Shakeology today! I don’t do enough recipes with this one. Someone asked me what I feel Greenberry tastes like, and I couldn’t really put my finger on it. About a week later, my friend commented and said it tastes like the Captain Crunch cereal – and it does!
It’s good and fruity, and the honey and Almond Milk in this recipe really temper it out and add a sweet but nutty flavor. It’s delicious! I know Almond Milk isn’t as beneficial as actual almonds, but I dislike the texture of a Shake with blended nuts in it, so either almond extract (a few drops) or Almond Milk works better for this recipe.
Do you like the flavor of Almond? Worth noting: almonds themselves are great for Diabetics due to their low glycemic response 🙂
