I definitely don’t always hit all my marks nutritionally, but the one constant is my water consumption!

Keeping myself hydrated helps me in so many ways (including often keeping me from looking my age 😉) and it’s free AND accessible!

Self Care Sunday – Dr. Teal’s Epsom Salt Soak

Ohhh did this soak feel out-of-this-world AMAZING!

I deserved this! My body worked really hard acquiring those 175 miles, in addition to the intense 8 week fitness program I did at the same time.

A little soak helped ease those muscles and restore them, and it felt so good!
