I mean, right?!
Look, people have the right to be negative, but you have the right to take yourself away from it!
As a rehabbing negative Nellie, I can tell you it is way more fun and way more uplifting to not be that person.
I can say this because, I’ve been on both ends. I used to be that super negative person. I used to be the person heaping my negativity onto others, bringing them down and killing the feel good vibes.
And this is hard for some people to imagine, they express surprise when I mention how bad I was and how I was called out on it. Their surprise is honestly the most wonderful feeling, because it means I’m THAT FAR removed from being that person!
It means I have come so far, and worked so hard, and spent copious amounts of time battling my mindset.
I still battle it, I likely always will… but those negative thoughts are now the exception, not the rule, and life is just so much better that way!
Now, where are my tacos? 🌮
Umm… what is this “if” nonsense?!
We CAN… so we SHOULD.
Imagine if more of us focused on spreading love, positivity, encouragement and tolerance?
Just imagine a world where hate and negativity didn’t exist, or at the very least, were the exception, not the rule… just I M A G I N E.
Go do your part – spread GOOD!

It all starts with your M I N D S E T.
Pssst… if you don’t like something, you can change it. And if its something you can’t change, you can still change your mindset surrounding it.
Find the positive lining – there is always one, you just have to look for it sometimes.
Redundant here, but you can’t control everything — what you CAN control is the way you THINK about something.
Do you need some? Is it the missing piece of the puzzle for you?
Recently, I did. I had tried everything else, except seeking closure. And I didn’t get it to the degree I would have liked it because some people just don’t have what you need, but I had to be okay with that. I had to accept what I did get, let it go, and stop punishing myself by continuing on this vicious cycle.
If you need closure, you can try to get it. It may not be to your liking, but you have to be okay with that. Know that you tried. Know you did your best. Know you made an effort. Effort matters!

I am working on this myself… as an emotional empath, I tend to either be really up, or really down, there is no real in between for me.
And when you toss in things like the Mercury being in retrograde, and the intensely negative world we live in, shit gets real, fast.
I am a work in progress, but I am slowly (very slowly…) learning that attitude really does determine your altitude, and even though things may suck at the moment, you can still choose to remain positive about things. Because, spoiler alert – it WILL pass!
Did you know that volunteering is one of the best things you can do? It lifts your mood, puts things into perspective, lifts the spirits of those you help (elderly, the dogs at the shelter, etc), fosters a community feeling, and so many other things?
I know what you are thinking — we are all so busy, where do we find the time to volunteer? And I am guilty too – I don’t give back to the community enough. I have been hyper focused on building my business to give myself a little breathing room and financial relief, but I have also wanted to do more for the community, and so I think it’s time to find the balance and allot some time to GIVE BACK.

Anyways…. I have been focusing quite a bit on mindset and evicting the negativity that lives in mine. I am positive, upbeat, happy… but sometimes I have negative undertones, and I dislike that and it’s holding me back, so I have been Tapping extra on that.
We aren’t here for a long time; we are here for a good time. Make way for the positive day!
