And you are, right? We all have obstacles. We all have to make tough decisions, tap into our inner strength and determination, and fail our way through challenges, setbacks, obstacles and fears.
But every step you take in the forward direction puts you one step closer.
Every challenge you rise to, every obstacle you scale, every bout of fear you claw through… you are closer.
And so all you need to do is keep doing JUST THAT. Keep going, one step at a time, and you will get there.

Have you ever been faced with a task that seems really daunting? This was how I felt right after my Diabetes diagnosis – I literally felt like there was no way could I get this under control. Not a great feeling. I remember a friend telling me that I am wrong, I CAN do this, and the best way to do it is piece by piece. Honestly, I think that’s the only way to do it without burning out.
Today’s motivation comes from Joe Girard. It’s a really simple concept, but so accurate. My journey is being accomplished step by step, one step at a time – it is not being accomplished all at once, or overnight. Neither is yours!
