Food prep used to totally overwhelm me until I figured out it didn’t have to be the whole kit-n-caboodle… it does NOT have to be ALL your meals for EVERY day of the week, but rather, a few key components to help you have nutritious, nourishing foods ready to go.
And these key components are different for everyone! Today, I don’t have time to bake, but I’m gonna get my eggs boiled, my fruits and veggies washed and cut, and my quinoa salad ready to go!
It’s worth carving out a little time for your health and wellness 💕
First I do all the food prep things, and then I will do the relax and recharge, deal?
But you do gotta take that time to relax and recharge – it’s critical!

Spent my Friday night finalizing my shopping list for my next adventure starting Monday – the Ultimate Reset!
Real talk here: I’ve avoided doing this for 4 ( four! ) years because it TERRIFIED me. I knew all the benefits and how wonderful people felt, but all I managed to focus on was that I was gonna have to give up cheese (no seriously, that’s one of the hardest parts for me!) instead of embracing what it could do for me and how it could help me – mind, body AND soul.
So it’s time! It will be a challenge but when have we ever seen me back down from those?!
My body needs this.
My body deserves this.
I’m ready to conquer something that’s held me back for YEARS, I hope you’ll tune into my journey!
Your mental health is just as important as anything else – I would argue it’s even a little more important!

I have a live training with my team today, and I am excited! Last time we all gathered in person was awesome, and bolstered my belief that I am on the right path! I was in a bad mood, negative, and didn’t want to bring anyone down, so I questioned whether I should go. Little did I know, it was going that was going to not only lift me out of my bad mood, but clear away a LOT of the fog, too!
I fully believe in surrounding yourself with positive, uplifting people who see bright futures ahead. I am lucky enough to not only have a close circle of childhood friends who do this, but I also have my Beachbody friends, who have become family!
Life is challenging, and when you have a tribe of people who will help pull you out of any funks, encourage and empower you, inspire and motivate you, and cheer and celebrate you… well, frankly, you are very blessed, and I consider myself extremely blessed to be on this amazing journey with these amazing people.
I foresee a lot of love, light, laughs, and yes, learning today. And I couldn’t be happier about it!
It really is the simplest things in life that bring the most joy 🙂
