Move It Monday – Scissor Pushups!

You guysssssssss! This program – specifically Dynamic Strength… whew! It’s a lot of pushups!

I gripe about it but I remember back when I couldn’t even DO a real pushup on my toes, so that tempers it a bit — feels good to see how far you have come!

This one really works your core, because of the scissor/twist motion. I feel it while I am doing it AND after I am done, haha.


Move It Monday – Jump Squats

You guys, this move from Core de Force… boy, they get your heart rate going! I need to work on my air, and getting my tush lower, but these are quite a move!

We all want a nice bum — this is a great way to achieve that!

Workout Wednesday – Core de Force

On Monday, there was a Sneak Peek on Beachbody On Demand for their newest program coming out October 31 – Core de Force! Of course I gave it a try – I LOVE MMA-style workouts, and I have been excited for this to come out since they announced it at Summit in July!

It was a lot of fun, as I expected it would be – energetic trainers, moves easily broken down, effectively work your core (and your whole body, really, to some degree!)…. I loved it and really can’t wait for it to come out at the end of the month!
