Ahhh summer and Peaches really do go hand in hand, am I right?! You can also do peaches that aren’t frozen – the frozen peaches add a little thickness and a lot of coolness to a hot summer day!
I love blackberries! They often top my preworkout of Greek yogurt and flax – I find there is never a bad one in the bunch!

Sometimes you need to mimic one of your favorite candy bars, am I right?!
Chocolate? Strawberries? Chocolate covered strawberries?! Those are my fave… can I eat them every day?
No. I can’t. BUT… I can mimic the flavor in a healthy way!
Also, if you are feeling adventurous, you can melt 1 tsp of coconut oil and mix in 1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology, let it firm a touch, and then dip your strawberries in that – same taste but way healthier!
Note: do not heat Shakeology – melt the coconut oil and then mix it with the Shakeology powder!
