Not quite yet ready for Fall, and not quite ready to let summer go? This is a nice little balance of citrus and warm spice!
Shakeology and its Low Glycemic status is actually the buzz that got me to try it, in a time where I was desperately trying to get my Diabetes under control.
Can you guess which Shakeology flavor scores the lowest? FYI, an apple rates a 39 on the Glycemic Index! This is a really great read.
Yum this is one of my all time favorites! I love me ANYTHING with caramel/caramel flavoring! Do you feel the same way about caramel?
Ahhh, peanut butter. You can never go wrong with peanut butter! You can also use any other nut butter – I am sure it works with all of them! (and now I am on a quest to find out…)

Mmm watermelon… I simply do not care if summer is on it’s way out – I will eat or drink watermelon year-round!
A great snack, easy to make, good for you, portable… so many reasons to make these little babies, especially for those days you need a treat but don’t wanna bust out a whole carrot cake (can anyone actually eat just ONE slice of that stuff!?)
Store these in an airtight container in your fridge and they keep for up to a week! 🙂
