Do you like cottage cheese? The texture turned me off for a long time, but I like it here and there now.

Pssst… wanna know a secret? I LOVE coconut. Like hands down, if I could pick one flavor, one scent, one taste, this would be it. Coconut has this way of transporting me (if only in my mind!) to a tropical island. It’s like instantly, it transport’s me to a beach-bum state of mind.
And I love it!
It’s super versatile, too. I am a HUGE fan of using it in my Shakeology – coconut water, coconut milk, coconut extract… YUM!
What’s your stance on coconut? Summer only? Year round?

Ooooh yum! Summer is around the corner, can you feel it?

I had a Prickly Pear martini once, and I loved it! Trying to mimic the flavors in Shakeology, this is pretty good!

I love Shakeology because with 7 flavors, the combinations are endless, and it’s fun coming up with new recipes, new flavors, new concoctions! It’s a bonus that I can do this in a guilt-free manner, not derail my health or my hard work, and in fact, get 70 superfoods into my system! That’s winning 🙂


Sunday Shakeology – Shamrock Shake

Have you ever had one of those obscenely green, sugar-loaded Shamrock Shakes from McDonald’s? I have not, but apparently, everyone goes nuts over these things…

Here is my much healthier, still green but not obscene version of this famous Shamrock Shake. I like that there is a healthier version that I can make YEAR round if I so please 🙂
