I feel like there is so much discord in the world these days, we all need a group hug, to accept each other as the diverse, different creatures we are and to love each other unconditionally!

I know, sometimes it seems like a pipe dream… but I don’t see why it is so hard!

This is our VERY sweet black lab/hound mix Roxy – she is such a love, she has her crazy moments like any other dog but she is such a sweet little love bug, she more than makes up for those few crazy moments!

She is a huge snuggle bug and contact baby, and I sure ain’t complainin’!

Self Love Saturday – Pre Natal Massage

Today I treated myself to a prenatal massage and ohhhhhh my goodness, was that so necessary and felt so amazing!

When you have a baby coming, instinct probably tells you to save all the coin you can, but honestly, pregnancy is HARD on a body and a little TLC/pampering is absolutely worth it (and you deserve it!)

Love is when your husband gets up at an ungodly hour to turn the electric fireplace on so the room you workout in will be a little warmer for when you begin ๐Ÿ˜ (we still have no heat and we donโ€™t leave the electric fireplace on while we sleep!)

Look, far be it from me to take away any meaning from the huge, grandiose gestures… but for me personally, itโ€™s those small but SUPER meaningful things that matter MOST and remind me exactly why heโ€™s my person ๐Ÿ’•




Feel Good Friday – You DO Have 5 Minutes

We are all busy.

We all have stressors.

We all have โ€œstuffโ€œ.

But the healthiest, happiest and most successful people are the ones that learn to cope and manage all of that instead of letting it CONSUME them.

What works for some might not work for others.

I am forever a work in progress with coping and handling stress, but compared to how I used to โ€œcopeโ€, I am so very proud of how far I have come.

And I used to think I was โ€˜too busyโ€™ to take five minutes to appreciate fresh air, sunshine and the peace and quiet… but it turns out making that a priority helps everything else!
