GratiTuesday – Healthy and Fit Pregnancy!

Can’t we do both?! 😉

Ahhh, gratiTuesday… I’m grateful I’ve been able to stay active during my pregnancy. Not only has this greatly helped keep my sugars {{mostly}} stable, but it’s also gone a long way towards helping me mentally and emotionally, too. I feel my best when I’m moving my body, and I think we all know that when we feel our best, we are much more equipped to handle the many ebbs and flows of life!

While I have definitely slowed down considerably, I’m still focusing on getting 15-20 minutes of movement 4-5 times a week, and I think it’s a good balance for me… plus naps, LOTS of naps.

GratiTuesday – My Medical Team

💕 GratiTuesday 💕

Today (and really, every. single. day.) I am so incredibly grateful for my medical team – we have added some new members (and I will go into details about that another time) and I am just so grateful everyone is working in harmony to keep myself and the baby healthy!

As I’ll share further, Diabetes adds an interesting layer to pregnancy, and pregnancy adds an interesting layer to Diabetes management, so I am blessed to have such a rockstar team to guide me so I don’t have to stress about it (because we all know that isn’t gonna help matters!)

Help is always available, but it’s up to you to accept it 💕

GratiTuesday – Snugglebug Pups!

GratiTuesday!

Yesterday, today, tomorrow… basically all day every day I am so incredibly grateful for this sweet babe and her snuggle-bug ways!

Whether she’s curled up next to me, resting her sweet chin on my stomach, draping a paw over my leg, nuzzled into my neck or full body sprawled on me, I live for her snuggles; I’m grateful for them and reminded how lucky we are to have such a sweet, loving pup!

She makes bad days good and good days even better and I couldn’t love her more! 💕🐾
