Seems like an awesome segue between Thanksgiving and Christmas, no?
Shakeology contains protein, but it’s not just a protein shake! It’s a whole food (meaning it comes from a real food and is not man-made) nutrition shake, but it has tons of other goodies other than protein.
It’s made with the healthy stuff you should be eating every day, but typically don’t. Shakeology’s the perfect combination of proteins, phytonutrients, antioxidants, enzymes, prebiotics, and probiotics!
It’s apple season! I couldn’t be happier about it, either. I love apples, and I love that they are so good for me, and so Diabetic-friendly.
I am sure you are seeing your friends and family posting tons of apple pictures on social media, right? Apple picking is my favorite 🙂

Boy this one is a mouthful! I can’t really pronounce it well, but it’s got enough pros and benefits to make up for having a somewhat-cumbersome name… so I am all for it!
