Ever had those moments you are motivated to step into action, but not motivated to actually do said action? It’s a hard place to explain… I am so fired up, but there is some resistance there fOr sure.

THIS one is a must listen/do for anyone who has questioned themselves, anyone who has taken a compliment someone gave them and brushed it off (that’d be me, every time…), anyone who doesn’t realize how fucking badass and powerful they are.
Get your MINDSET right in BELIEVING you are a damn powerful badass, and the rest will fall into line.
And you ARE a badass. Fact.
Ahh my soul needed this one recently, and I loved this one, so I thought I would share.
You don’t leave your power behind when you walk out the door – where YOU are, your POWER is!
Do you feel you are well rounded in wellness? Sometimes I do, and sometimes I don’t. I don’t struggle with fitness, as I truly love the outlet and how I feel after.
But I definitely struggle with mind/spirit… those are the challenging ones, for me. I work on my mindset every day, but it is still too easy for me to go back to a negative state which dampens my spirit and makes things seem worse than they actually are!
Personal development, acupuncture, Tapping and sweat therapy are helping, but the battle is definitely there.
How do YOU do?

Is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning to hop on social media?
Guilty over here.
But, with how negative social media can be, is that really the best way to start a day? I don’t think it is.
Maybe starting with a positive podcast, or some personal development, or even just sitting in silence and soaking all the possibilities of the day up is a better way to go about it.

Do you need some? Is it the missing piece of the puzzle for you?
Recently, I did. I had tried everything else, except seeking closure. And I didn’t get it to the degree I would have liked it because some people just don’t have what you need, but I had to be okay with that. I had to accept what I did get, let it go, and stop punishing myself by continuing on this vicious cycle.
If you need closure, you can try to get it. It may not be to your liking, but you have to be okay with that. Know that you tried. Know you did your best. Know you made an effort. Effort matters!
