Tip Tuesday for my fellow Obsessioners!

If you are like me and have super duper ridiculously sensitive skin, and the band moves involving your hands hurts your hands (such as the move in Booty where you pull band up with opposite hand), and gloves didn’t help, wrap a washcloth around the band – provides much more comfort while not so bulky you can’t still get a grip!

Sunday Rundaaaaay!

Coldest weather I’ve ever gone running in – you would think the 26 degree weather would speed my pace up, but nope, still huggin’ 10 minute miles.

I AM still proud I got out there and did something – it took a LOT of self pep-talking! I much prefer the temps of spring/warm fall, but it makes me happy to know I CAN run in cooler temps.

Tasty Thursday – Curried Butternut Squash Soup

Yep, soup season is in full swing here in New England! It’s cold!

Soup is not only warming, but it’s comforting – after shoveling or sledding, its a great way to warm back up!

Curried Butternut Squash Soup

You can garnish with Cilantro if you would like. Are you a fan of butternut squash?

This makes a nice sized batch so you have plenty for dinner and lunch the next day (unless you have a large family!) – right now it’s just my husband and I, so we have leftovers for a yummy lunch the following day!
