Tip Tuesday – Coconut Water

Plain water doesn’t contain the electrolytes needed to replenish after a long, intense workout… coconut water does, though!

Great way to rehydrate, very tasty!

Whatcha got in your fridge? Mine is currently rocking (besides an apparent spill….) a green apple, a pink lady apple, Greek Yogurt, some homemade chocolate/avocado bark (sometimes a girl needs to satisfy a sweet tooth, and at least this also has healthy fats!), Peach lemonade, Almond Milk, Peach tea (clearly I love anything Peach…), 2 pears, coconut water, and an Honest Kids pouch (love them….)

Got anything good in yours? I try to keep stuff that is mostly healthy, but can satisfy a craving as well, so I am not tempted to go hit the vending machine, which has not one healthy option in it!
