Tis the season for honey! 🙂 I like it because I know several people who extract honey, so I get it locally, and it adds a healthier dose of sweetness!

Plus, honey is absolutely LOADED with benefits, so its goodness on top of goodness here!

Sunday Shakeology – Creamy Coconut Latte

Creamy Coconut Latte
Pssst… wanna know a secret? I LOVE coconut. Like hands down, if I could pick one flavor, one scent, one taste, this would be it. Coconut has this way of transporting me (if only in my mind!) to a tropical island. It’s like instantly, it transport’s me to a beach-bum state of mind.
And I love it!
It’s super versatile, too. I am a HUGE fan of using it in my Shakeology – coconut water, coconut milk, coconut extract… YUM!
What’s your stance on coconut? Summer only? Year round?

Thirsty Thursday – SO Delicious Coconut Milk

Have you ever had this stuff? It’s so good – it adds just the right amount of creamy texture to my Shakeology!

It’s soy free and dairy free – I try to limit my dairy because I don’t like to drink my carbs. One cup has 7g net carbs, and 7g sugars, but I usually only use a few splashes, so its probably more like 2g Carbs and 2g Sugars each use, for me. Sometimes you just want coconut milk! 🙂
