I know it seems like there are more foods to avoid as a Diabetic than there are to enjoy, but like many things, its about balance.
These foods are safe for Diabetics to enjoy, and encouraged!

I have organic lemonade, some Peach tea Snapple, Greek Yogurt, Honest Kids juice pouch, coconut water, hummus, berries, apples, pears, chicken, chocolate avocado bark, and some grapes.
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
3 Tbsp Soy flour
1/2 cup quinoa, cooked according to package directions
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of marinara
Fresh basil, chiffonade
