Sunday Shakeology – Greek Coffee

Sunday Shakeology – Mocha Caramel Latte

Where do YOU stand on Caramel? Like it? Love it? Hate it? Can take it or leave it?

Oh my gosh, I am seriously such a huge fan of caramel anything, it’s like my kryptonite!

Luckily, I can mimic the flavor without quite as much sugars as actual caramel by using caramel extract! I didn’t even know that stuff existed until about a year ago when a fellow Coach mentioned it, and it was like MUSIC to my EARS.

I love it. I ordered a six-pack of it, haha. Love to toss it in with my shakes, gives me those candy flavors I crave without the guilt!



Sunday Shakeology – Muddy Nutty Buddy

Yum! Even the name sounds fun! My husband and I both love bananas in our Shakeology, and Peanut Butter is always welcome in our world too! I love bananas for many reasons, but they also contain nutrients that help to moderate blood sugar levels, and as a Type 2 Diabetic, I can always use some help with THAT!

Of note about bananas: while I haven’t had an issue with consuming a banana daily, some Diabetics find that this is not ideal for them. If you consume bananas daily, be sure to monitor your blood sugars!
