Never miss a Monday…
But I’m gonna, and you know why?!
Because Mondays workout was already done, on Sunday!
Sara needed to do her Monday workout a day early because she had an overnight planned, so I was like well, we have a “night game” and those typically keep me up later than usual (and as is the case last night, is a LOT of adrenaline to come down from!) so rather than staying up late and then sluggishly working my way through an early workout, why not just get it done?!
So that’s what we did, and my sleepy ass is thanking me for it today, because I was still wired for a while after that wild game!
And as a reminder, today and every day, just LOVE and be the LIGHT!
Dear Monday, please be kind…
That was honestly my first thought when I woke up, and last week I was already thinking about how exhausting this week is gonna be.
It’s just such a busy time of year, being pulled in so many different directions… but we got it done nice and early, because DESPITE being busy, we DO the things we need to do, WITHOUT making excuses!
The wind was not so kind to my hair on my walk in… what do you think, should I stick with it? 😉
Nothing to add to this at all, except to say, BE A REBEL. 🙂
When you walk through a store or down the street, do you greet people you come across? I used to always have my face down, no eye contact made, and just doing my thing… but about a year ago, I started looking up, making eye contact, smiling, and saying hello, and it’s so simple, but makes you feel so good.
There are tons of things that wouldn’t even exist if not for someone saying hello – you might never have talked to your spouse, you may never have met your best friend, you may never have come across the business partner with which you created an awesome company…
For me, someone looking to help people change their lives, and the world, it starts with saying HELLO. Without greeting people, the relationship will never begin to build, and that’d be quite a pity.
Go out and say HELLO.
“I could never do that!”
… I hear it too often. I am no different than any other girl who decided the status quo wasn’t working for her, so it was time to take some measures towards the greatness I am capable of.
Truthfully? I think most – not all, but most – of us have a girl boss in us, it’s just buried deep!
What would happen if you gave yourself a year, or even 6 months, to TRY and see what girl boss things you could do?
If you have dreams and belief in yourself, you have everything you need.
Let’s chat. Let’s be girl bosses, together.
I really love coaching because in a world full of things I can’t control and don’t enjoy, Coaching allows me to control several facets of my life, fuel my feel good tank by helping others feel good, and I ENJOY helping people, I ENJOY keeping myself accountable, I ENJOY my groups, teambuilding, biz powwows, and team calls!
Oh, and making some extra cash to pay off debt and do more good in the world with? YEAH, I enjoy that! Just being honest!
When you find something you enjoy doing, it doesn’t feel like work. And feeling like you are in control of some things? THAT is a pretty awesome feeling.
Ever given some consideration to seeing if this opportunity is for you? Because there is no obligation — no contracts, nothing like that. Like it? Run with it. Don’t feel it’s for you? No hard feelings and you will never have to wonder.
Being that I am on vacation this week, and focused on enjoying my time with my family, I am keeping this week’s nlog posts light (but I could never go a week without connecting with you guys!)
One of my favorite quotes of all time. If you don’t love it, time to change that so you do! 🙂
There is always someone who could use some light, some love… be the light for them! Lend them a hand, lift them up, help them laugh, listen, just be there… there are countless ways you can be the light for someone else.
