Wednesday Wisdom – Be The Brightness

There is no ignoring that the world contains a lot of negativity – I ain’t about pretending the world is sunshine and roses, sorry. It has a dark side.

But it has a bright side! It has bright lights, souls set out to lift one another. Be the brightness. Let’s tip the scales back into the favor of positivity, love, empowerment and acceptance.

Tip Tuesday – Boundaries

Life tip? SET BOUNDARIES.

I used to be a huge offender of going beyond boundaries, and heaping my ish on other people. And I also used to be the one who let others heap their ish on ME.

Stop allowing people to be disrespectful, draining, or demanding of your time. Take responsibility for your time and how you are treated.

Create boundaries and enforce them!

Friday Fit Tip – Show Up

You can have all the goals in the world, but unless you show up, they stay as thoughts, not accomplishments!

I get it, sometimes we are just not in the mood… but do you know what I have found approximately 98.2% of the time? Doing it anyways HELPS your mood – knowing you pushed through when you didn’t want to and did something to better your life is powerful, and a mood booster!

Show up. Get it done. Bask in the glory after – that’s the only way to achieve your goals.

Thirsty Thursday – Darin Olien

Have you ever heard of this guy? He is known as the ingredient hunter – he sources all the yummy botanicals in Shakeology.

Now, some people might read the ingredient list and think “ooh, that sounds pretty!”, but Darin didn’t travel around the world to find exotic superfoods that sound interesting or look pretty.

The ingredients in Shakeology were chosen because they have shown to be beneficial to people’s health again and again. These superfoods are “super” because can benefit our health!

It’s the same reason I drink my shake religiously… not because it’s pretty, but because it HELPS me (and tastes good!)
