I learned long ago that if I leave my fitness/wellness up to chance, things are not gonna go as smoothly as they could.
This includes having an idea of what workouts I’ll be doing for the week, if I’m not in the middle of a program.
I had planned to focus on running more in the next couple of weeks while I wait for Sara to finish LIIFT 4, because the air is finally freakin’ running-friendly… and I’d like to {finally} finish the 175 mile challenge.
Buuuuuut oopsie, I forgot to take into account that it’s not light out until later now, and I personally don’t enjoy running when it’s pitch black out (lack of a major sense makes that a little unnerving, for me) and since by the time it’s light out I’m done and showering, we have to plan B it, so that’s what I did!
Gotta have some degree of flexibility and willingness to adapt, or life will be a lot more of a challenge for ya!
