Because they’ve got shorter workouts (20 minutes!) for those who don’t want to/can’t work out for an hour a day.
They’ve got programs with 4 workout days and 3 rest days for those who aren’t down with 6 workouts a week (or those looking to supplement a running schedule – like me!)
The beauty is in having something for everyone!
I am thankful for that!
