I finally got home at 12:45 am… do YOU think I’m getting a workout in today?
If you know me, you know I simply don’t embrace EXCUSES, I embrace SOLUTIONS. And if you have been paying attention, you also probably know that I don’t skip many days, but I DEFINITELY don’t skip Mondays… something about starting the week off with EXCUSES instead of ENDORPHINS doesn’t vibe with me, you know? 😉
So an EXCUSE might be “I’m tired, one skip day won’t hurt” but a SOLUTION would be “sleep in a bit, and just workout a little later than usual!”
One of these gets me to my goals and makes my wellness a priority, and one of them doesn’t – I know which one I’m WORTHY of, so I think I know which one I’ll choose!
(For those wondering: the motivation to actually do it is at 0, but sometimes you gotta rise above that and do it anyways!)
