Tried the sampler of the new workout coming out soon today… lifting and HIIT’ing?! I liked it!
Definitely feeling that, and 30 minutes feels like a breeze compared to what I am used to – but all that does is prove you CAN get an effective workout in 30 minutes, so there’s no excuse why YOU can’t be a badass!
