Superfood Saturday

When you find something that helps you get your health on track, why wouldn’t you share that? That is all I do, I share what has been working for me. I’m sure it doesn’t work for everybody, because we are all so vastly different, but it does work for me.

It’s not a FIX, because you don’t FIX Diabetes, but it does help me keep those cravings under control, it does give me a cleaner option to satisfy a sweet tooth craving, and it does give me the energy I need to power through my intense workouts followed by full, busy days.
