Mythbusting Monday – Protein After A Workout

Okay so, not as much a MYTH as just a slight exaggeration… consuming protein post-workout IS ideal, but you have a bigger window to consume than we are often led to believe – about 2 hours.

Some people find it hard to eat just before, or just after a workout, and that’s okay – you’ve got time! 🙂
