New Yoga for 3 Day Refresh!

Up til this week, when I did a Refresh, I didn’t work out the three day span because it’s a good time to give my body a •R E S T•, but this week Beachbody dropped three new yoga workouts designed specifically FOR the Refresh, so of course I had to give it a try!

Felt good to move but not do anything strenuous that would take away from my body resetting itself – you all know I believe in working hard and playing hard, but it’s important to also be gentle and show yourself and your body the love and compassion it deserves.

Day 2, here we go!
