Whole Foods Wednesday – Pumpkin Seeds

In a shining example of TINY but MIGHTY, pumpkin seeds are absolute powerhouses!

I love to add them to a salad, they provide some crunch, flavor, and protein – 12g of Protein in one cup!

Tis definitely the season… do you like pumpkin seeds?
