Sometimes the candy cravings are too real. And we all know “we’re not ourselves when we are hungry”, right? 🙂
A liquid version is just as tasty but with much less guilt. Am I saying never to have the real thing? HARDLY. Am I saying there is a healthier way for those periods of time where you would love nothing more than to eat several Snickers several days in a row? YEAH. That’s what I’m saying.
Moderation is key. Real thing the exception. Healthier version the rule!
