Many people find routine to be their happy place – I am one of those people. The mornings I drink my Shakeology first thing, the rest of the day tends to go smoothly. On weekends, when I tend to drink it a little later, that’s usually when you find me snacking a little more out of control.
It’s like a base for me – when I fuel myself properly, my body doesn’t need or crave much else. I get a chocolate fix that’s clean, healthy, and delicious.
Sure beats scarfing a Milky Way down at 7 am – way less guilt, way less sugar/carbs, and way more satisfying!
