Where do YOU stand on Caramel? Like it? Love it? Hate it? Can take it or leave it?
Oh my gosh, I am seriously such a huge fan of caramel anything, it’s like my kryptonite!
Luckily, I can mimic the flavor without quite as much sugars as actual caramel by using caramel extract! I didn’t even know that stuff existed until about a year ago when a fellow Coach mentioned it, and it was like MUSIC to my EARS.
I love it. I ordered a six-pack of it, haha. Love to toss it in with my shakes, gives me those candy flavors I crave without the guilt!
