Tasty Thursday – Banana Nut Chia Seed Breakfast

YUM! This is a great way to start the day – filling, tasty, and clean! Plus you get the added protein boost from the Chia seeds.

You can also use other Chia seeds – they don’t have to be white, that’s just what I have on hand right now.
