Sometimes treats are nice, and I am big on allowing myself to enjoy them guilt free (within reason), because I have found for my personality type, depriving myself really sets me up for a disaster at a later date.
A fellow teammate had mentioned this and how delicious it is (she is lactose intolerant, so has been on the hunt for tasty, dairy free items), and being a sucker for caramel, it caught my eye (I know, how cruel that Caramel is not diabetic-friendly!), so I wanted to give it a try.
It was pretty good, a nice little treat – nothing I would drink on a regular basis because despite being soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and non-GMO, this little 10.5 oz bottle does boast 18 net grams of Carbs and 16 grams of sugars – a lot more than I would like!
But as I said, it is a nice treat to enjoy once in a great while, or split it up and use 1/2 of it in your shake/smoothies.
