Who likes Salmon? I love it, especially grilled, but any preparation works for me.
As I have said, my relatives in Alaska send us lots of salmon, and its always delicious. I like it because it is a lot leaner than red meat, and doesn’t contain carcinogenic compounds like other proteins can.

They also help reduce the blood pressure too, which of course, reduces the risk of a heart attack!
