Whole Foods Wednesday – Blueberries

We are in the height of the blueberry season! These tiny but tasty little things are prime from May to October, and I think I eat more than my fair share!

The good news is, blueberries are very diabetic-friendly, so I don’t have to feel as guilty, nor suffer the effects of spiked blood sugars.
