Do you have any trouble falling to sleep? I don’t anymore, but I used to (before I discovered that overthinking is overrated and sleep is much better, haha). Shakeology and consistent exercise, paired with being a little more disciplined in allowing my brain to rest, have greatly helped with my sleep quality.
But for many, the real struggle lies in the falling asleep. This has come in handy a few times, so I thought I would share.
A rested body and soul is always a good thing!
Slowing the heart rate allows you to go from overstimulated to resting, which allows for sleep.
