All berries are great sources of fiber, a nutrient important for a healthy digestive system. Berries are sweet, but not the kind of sweet that should send people with Diabetes running. They are packed with fiber, so they can use that in a diabetic diet as a serving of fruit.
I’m personally thrilled that I can enjoy my berries without guilt, because seriously, DO I LOVE BERRIES.
