Who doesn’t like to laugh, right? I mean, I have yet to meet anyone who doesn’t…
Laughter is a lot of power that lies within a simple, natural technique. We are hardwired to laugh.
While some people find certain things funny that others may not, everyone has something that makes them laugh!
Laugh. Even if thatโs hard. Just the act of laughing about something, anything can break that spinning out of control feeling. It brings you back down to Earth. It reminds you that no matter what issues you are trying to transcend right now, it will be okay.
Laughter helps to decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.
Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which can help protect you against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems.
wonderful. its been my natural medicine for years, so I’m in 100% agreement! thanks for a great reminder of all the good things you get along with the laugh! OK, so why was 5 and 6 afraid of #7? ( cuz 7 ate 9 and 10) ok, not much of a laugh, but atleast a start- you go spread a few today. ๐ ๐ momentummikey

See I disagree, I chuckled heartily at that (though to be fair, it is easy to make me laugh – and reaaaaaaaally hard to get me to stop!) ๐
Its the little things that generate the biggest giggle for me!

So true! I am way to serious at times. My husband reminds me of that by making me laugh. Laughing gets me out of my own way.

I love that! You have a good husband there, clearly! Mine is constantly making me laugh – he is naturally hilarious and I am grateful every day for that! ๐
