Once in a while, we all feel a little bogged down (especially in the areas that actually go through Winter!)
It’s nice to have the ability to detox a little bit, without doing anything extreme, or too harsh for your system.
These are some plant-based chelation (detox) therapies helpful in cleansing and detoxifying the body, but gently! You will never find me encouraging or championing anything rough or extreme, ever. I just simply do not agree with putting ones body through that.
