For some people, the weekend is a much slower pace, so they might have a little more time to get a full workout in. Others, with all the kids activities and obligations and errands and such, may not have time for that always. I am of the belief that getting SOME form of workout in – regardless of how short – is better than nothing. So with that in mind, I am always looking to find ways to keep workouts as short as possible for those days where there just is NOT enough time.
On a nice day, this quick workout (just 9 minutes!) is great to go and do at the park – take the kids, have them burn some energy off, too!
That snack you ate post-errands (or during errands!), boom, 100 calories burned!
